The HIBC/B Heating Jacket efficiently heats bottle-in-cage IBCs, offering durable insulation and easy installation. Ideal for melting, reducing viscosity, and maintaining temperatures, it ensures safe, precise heating with adjustable thermostats.
For the heating of bottle-in-cage type intermediate bulk containers (IBC), the HIBC/B (Holroyd Intermediate Bulk Container Heater) heating jacket is an excellent option. This HIBC/B is a specially designed to wrap around the IBC and provide even and gentle heat transfer.
The HIBC/B is made of strong and durable materials that can resist wear and tear and provide optimal thermal insulation. The HIBC/B also has adjustable straps and buckles that make it easy to fit and secure on 1000L IBC’s. The HIBC/B can be used for various purposes, such as melting, reducing viscosity, preventing freezing, maintaining temperature and more. It can heat up liquids, solids, powders, gels and other materials stored in IBCs.
To ensure accurate and safe temperature regulation, the drum heater comes with either a capillary or a digital thermostat that can be adjusted to your desired setting. The capillary thermostat uses a liquid-filled sensor to measure the temperature and switch the IBC heater on or off accordingly. The digital thermostat uses PT100 sensor which relays back to the digital thermostat. This thermostat has a digital display and buttons to set and monitor the temperature with high precision.
The HIBC/B is a cost-effective and convenient alternative to conventional ovens, which are expensive and require moving the IBCs to a different location. The HIBC/B enables IBCs to be heated at the point of use, saving time and energy. Bespoke heater jackets can be manufactured to suit smaller capacity or non-standard IBC’s.
HIBC/B heater solutions are used on containers in numerous industries, ranging from pharmaceutical and chemical to cosmetic and food.
