HIBC/A

If you need to heat the contents of a bag-in-box-type intermediate bulk containers (IBC), the HIBC/A (Holroyd Intermediate Bulk Container Heater) is a great solution. This is a silicone heater mat that can be placed below the container liner of the IBC before filling.

The silicone mat heater is made of flexible and durable silicone rubber that provides even and gentle heat transfer. The silicone rubber also resists moisture, chemicals and abrasion, making it suitable for harsh environments.

The HIBC/A is supplied with a digital temperature controller that can be attached to the mat heater and display and control the temperature with high accuracy and flexibility.

The digital temperature controller enables the liner contents to be heated directly and accurately, without affecting the outer container or the surrounding area.

Current Applications
